Trapper's Sushi Co. featured on King5's New Day Northwest morning show (Video)

On Tuesday, September 13, Trapper’s Sushi Co. was featured on King5’s New Day Northwest, Western Washington’s premier morning talk show, to demonstrate sushi making and rev up Seattle sports fans at the beginning of the Seahawks’ 2022-2023 season.

Trapper’s Tacoma General Manager and Chef Cory Bennett spent the segment with host Amity Addrisi discussing Trapper’s Seattle sports-based rolls, the Seahawk, Mariner, and Release the Kraken. We also showed off our football-ready Gameday Platters, consisting of Trapper, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, and Cali Crunch rolls, plus two orders of gyoza.

Finally, Chef Cory had advice for people trying their hand at homemade sushi for the first time. “When you make sushi at home, you’re gonna want to keep it simple. It’s easier to focus on just one or two [rolls].”
