Trapper's Raises $240,000 for Valley Girls & Guys with 5th Annual Golf Tournament and Dine Out For A Cure

Trapper’s Sushi Co., along with our sponsors and incredible customers, have raised $240,000 for Valley Girls & Guys at our 5th Annual Golf Tournament, hosted at High Cedars Golf Club on August 12, 2022. This total also includes our special yearly dining event, Dine Out For A Cure, where all sales from all Trapper’s locations are donated to VG&G.

Beginning in May, all Trapper’s locations offer $5 donation raffle tickets to customers, which enter them to win prizes drawn at our annual Golf Tournament. These prizes include a year of free sushi, creating your own sushi roll, a big screen TV, and more. 100% of the proceeds from these raffle tickets, and the entire Golf Tournament, are donated to Valley Girls & Guys.

The day after the Golf Tournament, Dine Out For A Cure is hosted at all Trapper’s locations. From 3-9pm, every dollar of sales is donated by Trapper’s to VG&G. Between these three events, and with the generous hearts of our customers, we raised $240,000, surpassing last year’s donation proceeds by 5%!

To date, Trapper’s has raised over $1 million in support of VG&G with these events and our signature Samantha Roll, which donates $2 for every roll sold, named in honor of Trapper’s wife Samantha, who herself beat cancer and today is in full remission.
