Trapper’s Sushi Co. Opens Its Second Arizona Location in Downtown Phoenix at CityScape

Trapper’s Sushi Co., Washington State’s award-winning sushi, announces today the grand opening of Trapper’s Cityscape, located in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

Trapper’s Cityscape is located at 2 E. Jefferson St., within a block of the Footprint Center and Chase Field. The location features a large all-you-can-eat sushi bar, a full bar with indoor/outdoor seating, generous dine-in area, and excellent proximity to the bustling nightlife of the Cityscape area.

Trappers also offers mobile ordering for fast pick-up for customers who want to beat the lunch rush, allowing them to receive their food orders without having to enter the store. Trapper’s also offers delivery from Doordash, UberEats, and GrubHub.

Customers will find that Trappers is great pre-game spot for Suns and Diamondbacks games and features television screens in the main restaurant, all-you-can-eat sushi bar, and the indoor/outdoor bar, with sports and general interest playing at all times with food that’s outside the ordinary burgers and fries. 

The Trapper’s menu features over 60 of our signature long rolls and offers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Trapper’s also offers teriyaki and tempura options for diners who prefer cooked entrees. Trapper’s has a dedicated kids menu for children 10 and under.
